Our warranty on all products is 5 years for manufacturing defects under normal usage.

The defect rising as a result of wear & tear on upholstery, surface treatment, negligence or abnormal working conditions are not covered by this guarantee.

Customers must give notice in writing within 8 business days of receiving the product. The supplier is to be given a reasonable opportunity to examine the product. However, where this is not possible, detailed photographs must be given showing the defects.
