RSA Dundrum

With a 300-year heritage, RSA is one of the world’s leading multinational insurance groups. Today, they employ around 13,500 people, serving 9 million customers in over 100 countries.
For their new offices, they wanted new breakout, hub, collaboration, canteen, and meeting furniture for their common areas for informal meetings and collaborative work. Grounded, Ray & FLOAT were chosen for this brief as they are perfect for ‘water cooler moments’ as one passes by and the ‘lean-in’ philosophy where everyone is equal in a discussion. Custom colours were selected to integrate with the new aesthetic and company colours.
This fitout was completed by W2W, who were contracted by Graham Construction, to supply & install to upgrade RSA Insurance headquarters in Dundrum, Dublin. Later on, they also were contracted directly by RSA to provide them with further interior solutions for their offices in Galway and Belfast.
